Delete your Floripop account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Floripop.
2. Tap ⋯ (menu) → Settings at the top right of the home screen.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

E-mail mycorepick.biz@gmail.com with your friend code and, so we can confirm the account is yours, your nickname and roughly when you last played (and your Google Play order number if you made a purchase). Friend codes are visible to other players, so we never delete an account on a friend code alone. Once we have confirmed the account, we delete it within 30 days and reply. If the app is still installed, deleting in the app is the fastest and surest way.

What is deleted

• Game account, nickname, friend code
• Progress, items, records, rankings
• Friends, requests, blocks, help and invite history, room messages

What is kept

• Purchase (payment) records: 5 years where the law requires it
• Room moderation reports: until their review period ends

Deletion cannot be undone. Purchased items are deleted with the account.
